  • We will contact you by telephone if there is a problem with your order or if we need to get in touch regarding a refund.
  • For items being delivered by our courier, the courier company may send you an email or a text message with a delivery update if you provided a valid phone number and email address when you placed the order.

  • You can sign up to receive marketing communications when completing a sample request online.
  • Marketing communications may be sent either electronically via email or physically through the post.

  • All Warwick customers have the choice to refine or opt out of receiving marketing communications from us.
  • If you do not wish to continue to receive marketing from us, click on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link in any email communications. If you have an online sample account, you can also update your preferences here. Alternately please contact our head office.

Why do we collect information?

We collect information about you to provide you with the products and services you request, and that may be of interest to you. It is also used to send you notifications about your order (if you place one). We use cookies on our website to store the details you have entered, which will enable our systems to remember the items added to your samples basket.
